Possessed

Yesterday started off as a normal Sunday.  In the morning we all went to N.oah's so I could get a cup of my favorite Chelsea coffee.  And then we stopped by S.tarbucks so dh could get his venti hazelnut iced coffee with milk.  Good thing they're right next to each other!

If we're going to stay and let the kids have a snack (which we usually do), it's always at N.oah's, not S.tarbucks.  Why?  Well, here's my personal assessment of the two establishments.

S.tarbucks.

Only has one high chair.  Hmmmm.  Doesn't work so good when you have twins.  We also tend to get "the look" from at least one staff member whenever the kids start to get antsy.  Although they do know dh well enough to make his drink and have it ready when he gets to the front of the line.

My ranking: A for drink-readiness, D for kid-friendliness.

N.oah's.

Is bigger, lighter, and they have plenty of high chairs to choose from.  They have cinnamon and sugar poppers for the kids, and they don't care when we leave a trail of crumbs behind.  And when one of their staff member accidentally called Bub a girl (in his defense Bub's hair is getting long and curly in the back), he immediately gave both of them a box of graham crackers.  On the house!

My ranking: A all the way around.

After that we enjoyed a lazy afternoon, had dinner, gave the kids baths, and then it happened.

Dh was laying on the ground when all of a sudden Fin started head butting him.  At first we thought she was trying to give him loves, but then she looked up and gave us this devil-ish grin.  And then BOOM, another heat butt to his chest.

We had the radio on and just then a Taylor Swift song came on.  Fin immediately recognized the song and started swaying back and forth.  Not just a little, she was rocking it out.  Then she started moving in a circle, and then ... she head butted the ground.

Instead of crying, she started laughing (more like cackling) and did it again.  And again.  And again.

At this point dh and I were looking at each other like, "Who is this child and where did she come from?"

And just in case you don't believe out little angel could act like this ....

She's cute, but last night she was definitely possessed by something.
