Letter #2, from Fin

Dear Oma & Pops,

Yesterday we had a really fun day with Mommy.  In the morning Amy and Ka-Ka came over.  I showed Ka-Ka all of my baby dolls and how I wrap them in my L.ittle G.iraffe blanket.  We also played with our new bowling ball set and Bro showed Ka-Ka how to use the playdoh factory.

After Amy and Ka-Ka went home, we went upstairs and played on Mommy's bed while she changed the sheets and organized our closets.

In the afternoon we took down the snowflake decorations and put up red hearts for Valentine's Day.  Mommy gave us each a sheet of stickers and said we could decorate a card for you (but made us promise we wouldn't put any of the stickers on the windows).

After dinner guess what I did?  I took a shower!  I was scared at first because I didn't want the water to get in my eyes, but Daddy said he's be right there and wouldn't let the water get near my face.  It was fun, but I like taking a bath better.

Today when I woke up I was expecting Daddy to come get me, but Mommy said he had to go to work for a few hours.  It's not that I don't like it when Mommy gets me up in the morning, I just like it better when Daddy does it.  After Bro got up, the three of us watched S.esame S.treet on the couch until Daddy got home.

We had breakfast and then Daddy and Bro worked in the yard.  Daddy borrowed a tool from GU that he used to dig up all the dirt.  Bro got to help Daddy fill it with gas and get it started.  I sat in the stroller for a while and ate snacks, but then I got too cold.  Mommy was cold too, so we went inside and made cookies.

Mommy says we only have one more present to open and then you'll be home.  I'm really excited to see you, even more excited than I was on Christmas morning to see Santa!

Love from, Fin
