Bub has always been fascinated with cars, trucks, construction equipment, and most of all, buses. His all-time favorite:
YELLOW SCHOOL BUSES!
Lucky for him we live right next to an elementary school, so he gets to see them drive by our house at regular intervals throughout the day. Sometimes in the afternoon, he'll stand at the bay window and just wait for them to drive by. If we happen to be outside and one comes down the road .... well, let's just say you can hear the squeals of delight from at least 2 blocks away.
So it wasn't a big surprise when he said his FIRST WORD, other than Mama and Dada, a couple days ago. Monday to be exact.
And yes, he usually says it a couple time in a row, which makes it that much more endearing and adorable.
