It's been almost a month of back-to-back sicknesses for both kids, multiple trips to the pediatrician's office, and more than a few sleepless nights worrying about how much Bub wasn't eating. At the peak of his most recent sickness (which was just a spring cold), he didn't eat a single thing for 5 days straight.
That is until a couple days ago when he pointed to the griddle (as I was making eggs for Fin) and said "pancake". WHAT?????
After picking myself off the floor, I got out the K.rusteaz mix and made him a pancake. He wanted to help stir, flip, and pour his own syrup, which was fine by me as long as he ate some of it. He only took a couple bites .... wait, let me rephrase that, HE TOOK A COUPLE BITES!
Current Weight: 24 lbs, 5 oz
